Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026 Last updated: September 1, 2026 Operator: Z K Enterprises ("Flought," "we," "us") at flought.com
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid features on Flought. It supplements our Terms of Service. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
1. What we sell
Flought offers digital services delivered immediately or on a fixed schedule:
| Product | Description | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Flought Page | One-time fee for a dedicated product page, gallery, story, featured auction access | Delivered instantly after successful payment |
| Featured auction bids | Bids for sponsored leaderboard placements (24-hour advertising slots) | Winning bids activate at auction close |
Flought is a SaaS platform — we do not sell physical goods. Listings on Flought advertise third-party products; purchases on external sites are between you and those sellers.
2. Payment processors
Payments are processed by Stripe (international cards) and/or Razorpay (India and supported regions). Flought does not store full card numbers. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method via the same processor.
3. General policy — no refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where:
- A specific refund scenario is described in Section 4 below, or
- Applicable law requires a refund (see Section 7).
Non-refundable situations include, without limitation:
- You voluntarily delist a product or close your account
- You receive fewer clicks, impressions, or conversions than expected
- Your listing or featured placement is removed for Terms violations, fraud, or moderation
- Ranking, algorithm, or auction rule changes affect your visibility
- Partial or temporary service unavailability
- You change your mind after a Flought Page fee is paid and features are unlocked
- You win a featured auction slot but are dissatisfied with performance
4. Limited refund exceptions
4.1 Featured auction — post-close refund option
When published auction rules allow, bidders who do not finish in the top 5 at auction close may choose to continue their bid into the next auction or request a refund within the window stated on the auction page (typically 24 hours after close). If no choice is made in time, refunds may be processed automatically per the current rules.
This is the primary automatic refund path for auction payments.
4.2 Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same Flought Page or bid due to a technical error on our side, contact support@flought.com within 7 days with your receipt. We will investigate and refund duplicate charges after verification.
4.3 Payment not fulfilled
If payment succeeded but the corresponding service was not delivered (for example, Flought Page status not activated within 24 hours), contact support@flought.com. We will either fulfill the service or issue a refund.
5. Cancellation
5.1 Account cancellation
You may stop using Flought at any time. To request account deletion, email privacy@flought.com. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of prior payments.
5.2 Listing removal
You may delist a product voluntarily. Delisting does not refund Flought Page or auction fees already paid.
5.3 Featured placement forfeiture
If your account or listing is suspended or removed for fraud, Terms violations, or moderation, any active featured placement is forfeited without refund.
6. How to request a refund
1. Email support@flought.com from the address on your Flought account. 2. Include: full name, account email, product or auction reference, payment date, amount, and reason. 3. Attach your payment receipt or transaction ID from Stripe/Razorpay if available.
We review requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days and typically appear on your statement within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may deny requests that fall outside Section 4 or that appear fraudulent or abusive.
7. Indian consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or other mandatory Indian law. Where law requires a refund for defective or undelivered digital services, we will comply.
For grievances under Indian e-commerce rules, you may also contact us at the registered address on our Support page.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending investigation. Bad-faith or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of listings and placements.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice (typically 30 days) by email and/or site notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
